About Me

For many years, I have worked at the heart of the Construction Industry, supplying specialist External Door Technicians to projects of every size and complexity. We were never the biggest company on site-but we were the team people called when they needed the job done right.

Through years of hands on experience, problem-solving, and refining our methods, I developed a blueprint that enabled us to install more than 10,000 doors to the highest possible standard.

This course is the result of that journey, I created it to the same exact systems, standards and practical processes that consistently saved time, prevented costly mistakes and protected budgets, often by tens of thousands.

My goal is simple: to help the wider industry achieve the same level of quality , reliability and efficiency in every installation.
